It Takes This Long
You loved each other.
You're a couple, or maybe siblings, or lifelong friends. But something has happened between you that threatens to tear you apart. Maybe it's infidelity, or you're in love with the same person, or you fall on different ethical sides about resurrecting dinosaurs for a theme park.
To make matters worse, you're also stranded together on a mysterious island.
It Takes This Long is a two-player collaborative storytelling game about surviving together. Will the shared ordeal bring you together, or are you better off alone? Is the rift so deep that you'll be the end of each other?
Inspired by games like Star-Crossed by Alex Roberts and I Have the High Ground by Jess Levine and movies and TV shows like Jurassic Park, LOST, Six Days Seven Nights, that one episode of Steven Universe, The War of the Roses, and even a little Die Hard.
Mickey Party
Mickey Party is a tabletop game based on a popular video board game starring a heroic mustachioed man, but unfortunately he is not public domain like Mickey and some of his friends are. You’ll play real-life minigames and navigate the river on steamboats as Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Pete the Cat, or Oswald the Lucky Rabbit. You can also unlock four secret characters by playing the game once!
Mickey Party won “Best Adaptation” in the Gaming Like it’s 1928! game jam; they did a nice write-up!
Galleons of the Thunderosa
I broke into the world of game writing and design with Galleons of the Thunderosa, a supplement to tactical roleplaying games (Dungeons & Dragons and games like it).
Galleons of the Thunderosa has story hooks and mostly-system-agnostic mechanics for adding team-based racing to an arc, a session, or a whole campaign to a tabletop roleplaying game. Players race giant vehicles called Galleons that require multiple people to crew them.
I’m proud of this because I think I hit the sweet spot between making something creative that will entice players, but also letting them be creative without fencing them in.

The Masks of Botom-Bata
A competitive TTRPG where you choose either to play the lone villain with supernatural powers granted by the mysterious masks of Botom-Bata, or the band of Heroes they have an emotional connection with. Butt heads in a series of clashes that leads to the Final Battle, where the outcome decides if you’ll save, end, or rule the world– or die trying.
As Botom-Bata, will you choose a playbook that takes the pragmatic route of killing your foes, or will you try to wear down their morale and sway them to your side?
Hero characters can also play many ways, such as The Innocent, who can counter Botom-Bata’s efforts to wear away the Heroes’ morale but whose soul is chipped away if they fight. Or perhaps they might play The Apple, the person Botom-Bata loves the most.

FLOPS
A cooperative storytelling game! Have you ever walked out of a stinker movie thinking about how you could have done it better? This is the game for you! No dice here; use a deck of standard playing cards to make things go your way in the story, or accept failure and hold your good cards for the right moment. Play as the Director, the Star, the Screenwriter, or the Producer and play Face cards to activate special movie making powers!
